Etsu Pacific Ocean Water is an authentic Japanese gin from Hokkaido, distilled according to an ancient recipe and enriched with water from the Pacific Ocean , which gives it exceptional mineral freshness and a light marine character. Before distillation, the herbal ingredients are macerated for 22 hours , and the aromatic composition is dominated by juniper, yuzu, bitter orange, coriander, angelica and licorice .

On the palate it is bright, fresh and elegant , with mild salty notes and pronounced herbal tones in the finish.

It is excellent with tonic water, a lot of ice and a slice of citrus , and the addition of rosemary, anise or juniper as a garnish further emphasizes its unique character.
