Bayab Burnt Orange is a handcrafted African gin from a limited series, known for its intense citrus aroma and complex character. It is created by macerating sugarcane distillate with carefully selected ingredients - African juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, cinnamon, coarse salt, lemon peel, baobab and orange - which are left to stand for 14 days to fully release their aromas.
This gin is refreshingly bright, colorful and aromatic , with an emphasis on juicy orange notes and spicy nuances that accompany every sip. The taste is full, warm and nicely rounded , with a slightly salty finish that gives it a special character.
