Winter Gin and Tonic with cinnamon and anise

Warm, aromatic and rich - this Gin and Tonic brings the winter aromas of cinnamon and anise into a refreshing combination. Perfect for festive evenings or as a soul-warming drink.

Ingredients:

  • Indigo Gin 0.70l – 50 ml
  • Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water 0.2l – 100 ml
  • Cinnamon sticks (1 piece)
  • Star anise (1 piece)
  • Ice

Preparation:

  1. Prepare a glass with plenty of ice. Pour 50 ml of Indigo GI - a gin rich in warm, floral notes.
  2. Add 100 ml of Fever Tree Premium Indian Tonic for a balanced, refreshing finish.
  3. Throw in the cinnamon stick and star anise – leave them in the glass to gradually release their warm aroma.
  4. Stir gently and serve.

Perfect moment:
It is best served with warm snacks such as nuts or dried fruits during winter evenings.
